Holiday Rentals

Our fee is 10% of the weekly rental fee.

• Promote your property on our website
• Respond to all booking enquiries, our service standard is a response within 12 working hours
• Manage all the elements of the booking including, deposits, payments, booking availability, handle queries, maintain records and issue you with monthly rental statements
• Keep in contact with your guests throughout
• Provide information in relation to all aspects of your property and the surrounding area e.g. rubbish disposal, house rules, emergency numbers, what to see and do, even down to how to operate appliances
• Complete a full check of your property upon departure

Holiday Rental Service

Our cleaning/changeover service is offered as a standalone service or alternatively can complement one of the other services we provide such as Key Holding.

• The property will be swept and mopped throughout
• Cleaning of all appliances
• Furniture will be dusted and polished
• All linen will be changed, laundered, ironed and made ready for incoming guests
• We will ensure that there are sufficient toilet rolls and light bulbs
• We will ensure that everything is in full working order and that china, cutlery and utensils are in good condition
• We are contactable 24/7 should your guests require a contact during their stay

We can also arrange for a midweek clean/linen change for bookings of duration longer than one week. This is termed as a half clean – providing fresh linen, cleaning floors and surfaces.

Prices shown are typical costs but we will need to visit your property to confirm these. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

In addition we will advise as to how much linen to stock depending upon the size of your property

Meet and Greet – 25 euros per visit

We will meet your guests at the property on both arrival and departure to hand over keys and show them around the property.

Alternatively, we can supply and fit a "key Safe" that allows clients to collect keys at the property with a unique code number that will be changed after each rental. We will provide this free of charge to all customers that use Solymar for rental and cleaning services.

Welcome Packs

Welcome packs can be included according to your specification. If you do not include a welcome pack with the rental then we will offer one to your guests, payable on arrival, as a courtesy.

Call out services

25 euros for the first hour then 15 euros for each further hour, or part thereof.

Cots, High Chairs and Buggies are available at a cost of 25 euros per item per week.
